Karen Hanson, Broker, and Owner of Stonington Realty bring a passion and joy for assisting her clients in the home buying and selling process. Born and raised in Stonington, she graduated from Providence College with a degree in Marketing. After having a successful career working in commercial real estate, Karen opened Stonington Realty in 2008. Since its opening, she has transacted over $40 million in sales. Her strong negotiating skills, experience, and dedication have proven invaluable to her clients. She specializes in the sales and leasing of coastal homes on the CT and RI shoreline.

Karen has owned and managed many apartments throughout New England and has enjoyed “flipping” homes. Kolisha Fiore has been passionate about real estate her entire life with the hope of becoming one of the leading real estate agents in the area.
